Shop & Share Your Feedback!

After you shop at Your Commissary, share your feedback with us!

You may have noticed that we recently introduced receipt surveys to all commissaries worldwide! Your opinion matters to us, and this survey is another way we can learn what we’re doing well and how we can improve your shopping experience.

That’s why we’re inviting you to visit the web address printed at the bottom of your receipt to take the survey after you shop!

Please keep in mind that the survey is designed to monitor overall trends, so it’s not the proper venue for inquiries or other feedback that requires a response. However, our customer comment program is designed to address that kind of feedback, so we encourage you to contact us if you need assistance!

I usually do those surveys’ if there is the potential to win some sort of sweepstakes. If there is no chance to win anything I don’t do them.

I love our commissary at El Centro Naval Base. When we were foster parents this was the place to get our groceries trying to raise 4 foster teens and 3 kids of our own. The ladies are awesome always keeping me up to date with the specials and coupons love love love

  • I’ll put my review asap.
    Thanks for the post.

Carlisle, Pennsylvania commissary now only accepts FULL coupons! For example, if you have a coupon cut out of the paper that is …. say, 2″ by 2″ then that is NOT considered a full coupon. Unbelievable! My wife left items behind where the “management” refused the coupon because it was not…… full size. Avoid the Carlisle commissary and use Giant or some other store that accepts….. something other than…. full size coupons! Ridiculous!!

    • Sir, I’m sorry to hear about your experience! I encourage you to reach out to our customer comment team here to share this information so they can look into this further.

Thanks for the reply and I would like to share the information via the provided link, but the link points to a .com address and expects my SSN and DoB. Too much PII for a .com and my comfort level. Thanks, though. I’ve contacted the store manager and the cashier may have missed the manager’s intent on accepting coupons. No matter, we’ll give that Commissary a little less business and use coupons where they are welcomed. Sad!
